I got to hang out on the Royals stadium field with the boys this weekend.  The view and perspective is great being on the major league field.  Looking up at the stands and the crowd gives you a real sense of excitement.  Here is a shot of me hanging out in centerfield at the 410 mark.

my best friend…

My best friend is going through some tough times. He is getting very old and taking on a myriad of issues and problems as he gets older and older.  I’m talking about my little buddy Scout – my dog.  Scout is 13 years old and the best dog a man could ever have.  He came down with some problem with his red blood cells and nearly died a couple of months ago.  He has rebounded pretty well but his hips are just not supporting him well enough to get around very good. I’m beginning to have to carry him up the stairs to go to bed at night.  I love him and its sad to see his little laborador body to be fading on him.  Viva la Scout!  Here he is sneaking in a lick to his master, hahaha this picture is hilarious.

I made it to 40!

Had a milestone birthday this week which fell on Fat Tuesday.  I tried to downplay the event as it was my 40th birthday.  Ha. This weekend the family all came down to celebrate and I thank everyone for their generous gifts.  Being 40 is not so bad.

If you have ran across this blog online thanks for stopping in.  This is a microblog relating back to thecribb.com master blogs.  This blog will house my thoughts, favorite media items and all things Todd. I’m just bouncing off a wonderful vacation in the virgin islands to see my brother get married and spent several days floating around the caribbean ocean.  This type of vacation will continue to help me level my sanity from the countless days pondering the mobile web for sprint.
